In-person client services
New: In order to conduct some necessary upgrades to our service desk, our offices will be closed October 26 to October 30. We anticipate returning to in-person service on November 2.
Our service hours remain temporarily reduced and continue to be by appointment only. We will resume regular drop-in services soon.
Call the appropriate number below to make an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible.
Appointments can be scheduled to support community members with:
- registrations
- status cards
- adoptions
- treaty annuity payments
- wills and estates

Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 3 pm Mountain time, by appointment.
